SPG ltd have again been nominated a finalist in the 2009 Cooling Industry Awards, for a new concept in case design that reduces operational costs and also the impact to the environment. SPG have been finalists for the last 3 years running and in 2008 picked up the "most recommended" accolade for our new concept glass doors

30/01/2009: Management Team
After much of the recent speculation regarding the ownership of SPG, we are pleased to announce the management buyout of the company by Stephen Leach and Gary Smith, previously Directors of SPG, together with Tony David and Harry Rees, previously the Production and Finance Managers.
Gary Edwards, who is expected to take life a little easier (until the golf season starts at least), will remain as Non - Executive Chairman and retains an ongoing interest in the company.
The Directors currently have a talented team to support them and will continue to develop the business and to maintain their close links and relationships with customers and suppliers.

18/02/2008: Euroshop 2008
We are exhibiting a cabinet at euroshop 2008, on the Nualight stand, which will be located in the lighting hall of the exhibition. The Cabinet that is being displayed is our Energy Efficient 'Green' well and half glass door freezer cabinet
features of the product include;
- Recycled plastic doors and frames
- Everclear coating on the doors
- Hand rail lighting
- LED lighting
Future additional 'Green' credentials to be added to the case include recyclable bumper and ticket strip and environmentally insulating foam made from Rape Seed Oil; Check Out Our Energy Saving Section and Case Study sections for Future developments. LINK
