Cabinet Enhancement
Examples of cabinet enhancements we are able to carry out:
| |
Energy Saving Modifications The redesigning of fronts to accommodate the fitting of external front risers to aid air return, with lab trials to evaluate savings and development of multi curtain technology |
| |
Roof Extensions The design, build and testing of extended ‘heads’ to reduce energy consumption and allow increased stock holding through the fitting of larger shelves |

Development of Shelving Combining perforated back panels with under shelf skins to bring air delivery to front edge of shelf balancing front to rear product temperatures reducing product temperatures at front of case, Design of shelving to accommodate the use of volume loading in plastic boxes. Multi function shelf/bracket design to allow flexibility of supply to any cabinet manufacturer’s product through minimum stock holding allowing fast speed of reaction to meet retailer’s additional requirements

Adding Doors The designing of panels to allow the retro-fitting of full glass door units to existing open fronted cases to reduce energy consumption; it has been proved that an energy saving of ?KW can be acheved which is better for the store and the environment |
| |
Lighting We have moved many of our lighting fixtures from PLL to T5 for energy saving reasons
The company is currently actively perusing the incorporation of LED lighting within frozen food cases for beneficial energy issues
|
| |
Night blinds Trial have been undertaken in our labs detailing the benefits of the fitting of ‘night blinds’ and we design to fit as client requires but have information on the energy benefits available |
| |
Colour We have our own ‘in house’ spraying facility that allows us to match any colour and ‘powder coat’ to match any required finish. Powder coating has been proved to be the best long term finish available within the industry |
